I approached Social Progress through the Honley Business Association to set up and manage my social media accounts. Being a small business, I knew that I needed to use digital marketing but I didn’t have the time to do it myself. The work delivered by Social Progress included setting up an Instagram Account and LinkedIn Page, optimising my existing Facebook Page and Twitter Account and also meeting with me to create a Tailored Social Media Strategy. As part of the setup process, they also came to take some new business headshots to use on my accounts and make them look more consistent. Esther managed my accounts across 6 months creating branded social media graphics to raise brand awareness and managed Facebook ad Instagram advertising campaigns. Social Progress has helped me to identify my target audience online and begin to show my personality as well as my business through my social media activity.
