I wanted to work with Janet and Alex and the team at Social Progress because our paths had crossed many years before and I knew about Janet’s values, expertise and work ethic. After my initial inquiry, I had a great meeting with Janet and Alex who both took the time to fully understand my requirements. They didn’t try and ‘sell’ me more than I needed and worked to understand my budget and overall objectives. I wasn’t very experienced and they both instantly put me at ease and helped manage the entire project including sourcing me a fantastic photographer.
After we agreed the work, I had a number of meetings and email exchanges with Alex and he quickly set about designing my website. He was thorough with great attention to detail. He kept me informed throughout the entire project and his expertise was invaluable.
