I have a preloved boutique in Honley and use social media, in particular Facebook and Instagram to promote items I have to sell. In September 2021 without warning my Facebook business was taken down by Facebook and I lost all my photos, messages and followers which I had built up over the past year. As a small independent business this was potentially catastrophic.
