Our entire experience with Social Progress has been fantastic, right from the word go. The initial meeting with Alex and Janet provided us with the inspiration we needed to increase our online content. We opted for the Bolt package where Social Progress posted regularly each week on our behalf, across all our platforms, using graphics, videos and slide shows. Alex was always at the other end of the phone and came up with new ideas and suggestions for each post.
Following this, we had a further training session to be able to continue to work ourselves. Alex and Abby answered all our questions and kept in touch after the session to ensure we knew how to use the new online tools we’d been introduced to.
