Although it has been well over a year, I had the very great pleasure of being trained by both Janet and Esther on Social Media platforms in the very early days after I opened my business Bijou Bridal Boutique in Holmfirth. Little did I know then how much of an impact Social Media had on a business’s performance and visibility and as an older lady following her dream, platforms such as Facebook and Twitter were extremely challenging. But with the help and guidance and the expertise that both Janet and Esther at Social Progress have, I was able to quickly overcome those challenges and have very quickly grown a very healthy audience on all of my social media platforms. Even with the training at a close for the time being, Esther has always been on hand either by phone or email to answer any little queries I may have relevant to social media which I have been unable to address myself and this has been greatly appreciated!
