I’m really pleased with all the work that Social Progress are doing for FYL Direct and FYLNow! The campaigns they’ve put together for us – social media, advertising and email – are not just providing greater exposure but are giving customers more confidence in us as a company. This in turn is making them more likely to purchase from us rather than a competitor, whether on our website eBay or Amazon.
We’ve seen this reflected in the bottom line too with average monthly turnover up by at least 40% over the past 5 months.
